CurcioBergeron is made up of 3 seasoned attorneys, Thomas J. Curcio, Steven C. Bergeron, and Jennifer R. Porter. Tom has been practicing law for over 30 years, most of which have been focused on personal injury. Steve is a weathered trial attorney with nearly 20 years of experience, licensed in both Virginia and the District of Columbia. The past 13 years have been dedicated exclusively to personal injury, wrongful death, and brain injury cases both as a plaintiff and defense attorney. Jennifer has nearly 17 years of experience and is licensed to practice in Virginia, Maryland, D.C. and California. She has focused her efforts in personal injury, wrongful death, and medical malpractice and has recently switched from working as a defense attorney to a plaintiff’s attorney. Together they make up over 70 years of experience with intimate knowledge of how to best represent their clients and undermine the defense’s arguments. Their commitment to representing clients with professionalism and integrity complements not only the mission statement but also the philosophy of CurcioBergeron to practice law with commitment, compassion, and character.
