Tom is very proud of having donated his and his staff’s time to representing the widows and families of three active members of the military killed on 9/11/01 at The Pentagon. Participating in the Trial Lawyers Care Program organized by The Association of Trial Lawyers of America. Tom worked with a C.P.A. and retirement benefits specialist to maximize the recovery for his clients and to ensure their future financial security.
Tom recently tried a case to verdict in Fairfax Circuit Court representing a young man who suffered a brain injury when his car was broadsided by a drunk driver. In addition to receiving a compensatory award, the jury returned a punitive damage award to punish the driver for his very irresponsible behavior.
