Kayla joined Curcio Law’s paralegal team in 2022. She provides essential support during pre-litigation and litigation processes. Kayla has extensive experience in internet-based research and social media analysis. She is also trained and highly skilled at preparing compelling visual aids and demonstrative exhibits for trial.

Kayla started her career as a paralegal in 2014. She worked alongside Justin Curcio at a national in-house insurance defense firm, where she managed a docket of hundreds of cases. Just prior to joining Curcio Law, Kayla worked for a boutique law firm specializing in First Amendment litigation. During that time, she managed several multi-million-dollar litigation and arbitration matters, including the several billion-dollar defamation cases filed on behalf of a private voting company to combat the false claims made against them during the 2020 election.

Kayla has an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies from Northern Virginia Community College and is in her final semester of her bachelor’s degree program in Legal Studies. She also is a certified personal trainer.

Kayla enjoys cooking, working out, and spending quality time with her husband, two daughters, and Goldendoodle puppy Lulu in her spare time.
