Our client unfortunately suffered a chemical burn on her scalp as a result of a hair lightening procedure. As part of the procedure, the salon applied a chemical to our client’s hair and enclosed the chemical with aluminum foil. Within 10 minutes, our client started feeling her hair burn and smoke emitted from the foil.
