About Curcio Law

At Curcio Law, protecting cyclists is not just part of our legal practice. It is part of who we are in the community. For more than 40 years in Old Town Alexandria, we have represented cyclists and pedestrians seriously injured in accidents. That firsthand experience drives our belief that safety starts long before an accident happens. We see the consequences when the system fails and we are committed to helping reduce those risks whenever we can.

That commitment shows up through hands on safety initiatives, including our ongoing bike helmet drives across Northern Virginia where we have distributed hundreds of free helmets to children and adults at community events, schools, and regional cycling programs. We also participate in Bike to Work Day pit stops along the Mount Vernon Trail and in Old Town Alexandria, and marshalled family rides through Tysons.

In addition, our attorneys regularly engage in safety education, distracted driving awareness, and community partnerships focused on injury prevention. We work closely with local organizations, advocates, and cycling groups to promote safer streets and better accountability for drivers who put cyclists at risk.

When crashes do happen, we bring that same commitment into the courtroom. Our goal is simple. Fewer crashes. Safer streets. And strong advocacy for cyclists when negligence changes a life.
