Case Result $300,000

After a rear-end collision, the at-fault driver’s insurance company contacted the injured party within days and persuaded her to sign a release for $3,000. She was unrepresented and had not yet learned the full extent of her injuries. When her pain worsened she consulted our firm and we were able to get the release voided. The case ultimately settled for the policy limits of $300,000, 100x the amount of the original release.
