One of the first things we do when a client hires us is send letters of representation to all involved insurance companies. Those letters put the insurance carriers on notice of our representation and forces the insurance companies to cease all communication with our clients. From that point forward, we handle the calls, the document requests, and the back and forth so you can focus on healing. Reducing that burden is an important part of what we do.
