Tom is passionate about educating everyone about safety, especially young people when it comes to the dangers of distracted driving. Here is a video of the “End Distracted Driving” presentation he recorded as part of Curcio Law’s sponsorship of the Students Against Destructive Decisions (SADD) program at Bishop Ireton High School. He has given this presentation to thousands of people since 2017 on behalf of enddd.org.
If you are interested in having Tom give this presentation to your school or local group – just call or text the office at 703-836-3366.
Every month, Tom shares the dangers of distracted driving to new drivers and their parents or legal guardians at the Alexandria Juvenile Domestic Relations court. In this educational, informative and inspiring talk, Tom includes the sobering statistics of the current safety crisis related to Distracted Driving, shares stories of the costs of Distracted Driving, and offers simple steps that drivers (and passengers) of all ages can use immediately to help everyone around them End Distracted Driving. The goal is to provide the information they need to make the right choices when behind the wheel. At the conclusion of the session, new drivers receive their Virginia driver’s license.

Sugar Shack Donuts Alexandria was giving recognition and delicious rewards to area teachers with their #treats4teach program where teachers could be nominated for being excellent educators and role models. Our very own Jennifer Porter recently nominated her children’ elementary school and galvanized her local community to “like” and “share” the nomination more than 100 times. She had the fun job of delivering 12 dozen donuts to the teachers and staff at North Springfield Elementary School. Look at all those excited faces! (We’re jealous she didn’t bring any to the office!)
